Waiting on the Promise Print

'As I ponder, I have realised something about a Promise. The years have been long and wearied me- I have felt like I have been ever waiting, searching, looking as if somewhere in the distance, there is a hope held, yet retained for a future time. As I painted this feeling it became clear- the Promise has never left me- never ever distant. The Promise isn't forgotten and I won't let go.'

'Waiting for the Promise' is the newest work in the Dream Coat series by Sarah Lubcke. The series of work focuses on themes of favour and visibilty and directly relates to Sarah's journey as an artist from childhood to adulthood. The works feature her signature bold colours and use of the female gaze. The work "Waiting for the Promise" speaks on themes of identity, purpose and destiny and holding onto Hope during uncertain times. 
 
The original work is oil and acrylic on board and has been professionally photographed to capture every beautiful detail to ensure that the print is as true to the original as possible. All Giclee prints are custom printed on archival paper locally in Adelaide - South Australia. Each Print is personally signed and numbered by Sarah Lubcke and comes with a certificate of authenticity. Please allow up to 2 weeks for printing and shipping of your order.
