She Will See What She Speaks.
 
Today I heard a voice that told me to quit
'It's too hard, you're no good and you should just give in'

For a long time this voice ruled my head
I would beat myself up and believe what it said

I struggled with that voice, day after day
My world was numb, so dark and full of disdain

My own mouth repeated the things the voice said
Little did I understand the battle that was in my head

But today when that voice did come to me
I decided no longer will I listen to it speak

I would no longer repeat the things it did say
Instead I would speak words that were full of faith

I said, 'I am capable, I'm enough and I am an overcomer
Even if I fail, I'll get up- watch me now as I'm going further'

I am going to dream again and sow seeds of hope with my words
And I will see a garden full of life that grows in return.
