We hope you love the prints you order from us.

All Sarah Lubcke artworks are reproduced using the highest photographic methods to capture the finest of details and truest replication of the original work. Prints are Glicee on archival gallery paper.

Currently we custom print every order to make sure the quality of every print is maintained, therefore please understand printing turnaround can be up to 7 days. Because every order is specially printed we do not accept returns or exchanges on print orders. (The exception being damage in transit, please see below more more information.)

Parcel Damage on Arrival.

 

If your order has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of parcel arriving, at sarahlubckeart@gmail.com. Please include your name, order date and a photograph of the damage to the parcel.

Postage times vary with Australia Post and are usually 2-7 days. Tracking numbers will be sent with every order.

For prints up to A3 in size- shipping is set at a flat rate of AU$
